The moment i spent alone at home.

Today was the first day of the week, I reached home extra early because of the half day our principal had given us. There was no one home when I returned, I guess it was because they did not know I would come back so early and decided to go shopping for groceries. After eating my early lunch, I sat down on my sofa in the living room and dazed there for a few minutes, thinking of what I should do.

An idea then came to my mind! I went to my computer, switched it on, searched for background music of a online game that I play and listened to it while I relaxed on my chair. I personally enjoy listening to music very much, except that I had to turn it softer when my family was at home. I then thought, “ I wonder how clear the music would be with the stereo in the living room?”

Without hesitation, I brought my laptop to my living room and connected it the stereo with a USB cable and enjoyed the music, clear and loud. It really sounded a lot better than playing it straight with my laptop’s speaker and everyone should try it too. I relaxed myself on my sofa with a cushion supporting my head and closed my eyes. It went on for about two hours until I heard footsteps along the corridor. I then disconnected the USB cable quickly and carried my laptop back into my bedroom.

Although it did not last forever, I thoroughly enjoyed myself today. I hope that days like this will come again soon.
