My father bought a Doraemon Monopoly board game for my younger sister at a night market. When we reached home, my younger sister took out the Doraemon Monopoly board game from the plastic bag. My father saw the game pieces and found them interesting. He then said he wanted to play the game with the whole family.
We laid out the board game onto the floor of my room. We started to choose the chess piece. My father chose the big bully called Goda, which is usually know as Gian. I chose Nobita, the weakling and the super useless bum. My sister chose Doraemon and my mother chose Dorami.
We started the game after choosing the characters. The game was played with two dices, a deck of “Chance” cards and some money. We had to roll the dice and move forward our game pieces the number of steps indicated on the dice. If we stepped on a “Chance” box, we would have to draw a card from the deck of cards and do what it says. Some of the instructions on the card were really funny. An example is sticking out your tongue and jumping around. I was reluctant to do it as first, but I thought that since this is a game, why not? We also had to acquire properties and collect rent from the people who stepped on it. The player who goes bankrupt loses and the game ends when only one player remains. My mother lost first as she bought too many properties and kept stepping on rent boxes. My sister was next as she stepped on a tile which required her to pay more than what she had, so she was out.

What a great day we had then. :)
